  1. Can my shipment be insured?
    Your order can be insured during shipping and this can be arranged at a reasonable rate. You must request insurance cover when you order.

  2. How do you ship the kites?
    Goods are sent by Registered Post or by Toll-Ipec overnight where possible. Our base, and usually only, cost for these delivery methods is: * Registered Post: $10 * Toll-Ipec (where available): $15 Because kites are all shapes and sizes sometimes delivery costs are higher than this. In the rare event that this happens Westwinds will contact you with the actual cost, before you are charged, and confirm that you wish to proceed with the order. Orders over $300.00 sent freight free “excluding insurance” to most areas on the Australian main land. Westwind Kites does not accept responsibility for anything that is lost or damaged during shipping. See the Insurance question in this FAQ.

  3. What is your return policy?
    Goods may be returned up to 10 days from purchase date, for a shop credit or exchange only. A 10% restock fee may be applied. Any goods returned must be in the original and undamaged packaging and MUST BE UNUSED. Used goods will not be accepted for return. All warranties are as the manufacturers warranties and cover workmanship only. Crash damage and breakages, misuse or normal wear and tear are exempt, lines are not covered by warranty. Freight to return goods for either credit or warranty repair or replacement is to be paid for by the customer.
