Mark Doyle started Westwind Kites in 1994 in conjunction with his motorcycle business, “ Yep! A motorcycle shop” which now includes a retail outlet for kites and kiting accessories in with a motorcycle store based in Blacktown NSW. Westwind was started because of the lack of kite shops away from the coast with the idea to bring quality kites to the inland areas. We have grown since then to become the Australian distributors for HQ Kites and Invento products from Germany and the distributors for Gomberg Kite Productions from the USA giving us one of the best variety of kites and line art in OZ.
